General Information for User
ATTENTION OUR USERS ! KEEP NO PHYSICAL PAN FORMS AND DOCUMENTS WITH YOU ONCE SUBMITTED ONLINE TO UTIITSL !!! ENSURE THAT ALL SUCH DOCUMENTS STILL LYING WITH YOU, REACH IMMEDIATELY TO THE UTIITSL’s REGIONAL OFFICE ATTACHED TO YOUR CENTRE.
As per UIDAI guidelines, the modification has been carried out for Masking of Aadhaar number on the Acknowledgement Receipt and on all other displays through the system.
Only last four digits of Aadhaar number will be displayed.
For example: Aadhaar No. 1234-5678-0001 will be displayed as xxxx-xxxx-0001
Real-time Online Aadhaar number Verification
Adhaar card/letter copy is a must if Aadhaar number is entered on the PAN application form!
Aadhaar number if entered will be verified online and authenticated for match/mismatch directly from UIDAI records on a real-time basis.
In case of a mismatch, the application will be processed only after deleting Aadhaar number, provided valid documentary proofs other than Aadhaar copy are submitted
Separate Uploading of Documents
Scanned copies of PAN form and Documentary proofs for POI/POA/PODOB will have to be uploaded separately with proper identification and selection.

Please note: The facility of Biometric authentication of applicant’s AADHAAR using the following devices is being enabled for your Centre. If you possess any of these devices, kindly install and keep them enabled/active for allowing the “fingerprint” biometric facility directly at your Centre itself.
Fingerprint Biometric facility is enabled using: Mantra Device (MFS100), Morpho Device (MSO1300E2), TATVIK TMF20 Click Here

To run the device successfully for Aadhaar Biometric Authentication using fingerprint, please follow the respective instructions against each device as under:
For Mantra device
1.To enable the device for RD Services, please take up with Mantra vendor for support.

4. Click on the ‘Discover AVDM’ button to refresh the list of available Registered Devices with Ready status.
For Morpho device

Steps for applying for PAN Card (New/ Change/ Correction) using online Form 49A and CSF :
1)Fill up PAN Application Form Online.
2)Upload the scanned copies of filled-in signed PAN Form, Photo, Signature and the supporting documents (POI,POA,PODOB) as per Scanning Specifications.
3)Make Payment.
4)Generate Acknowledgement Receipt.
5)Send by post/courier atleast once in a month, the original physical copies of filled-in signed PAN Form and the supporting documents (POI,POA,PODOB) for the submitted PAN applications to the address provided under the ‘Contact Office’ tab.
6)Leave the fields blank if there is no information provided by the applicant. Do not fill up any field with ‘N/A’ or ‘NA’ or ‘Not Applicable’.
7)Check your Browser settings. Make sure that Java script is allowed to run on web page always.
Documents required to be attached with every PAN Application :
1. Documents accepted as Proof of Identity (POI)
2. Documents accepted as Proof of Address (POA)
3. Newly incorporated , Document for Proof of Date of Birth (DOB) is necessary from 3rd February 2014 onwards (PODOB)
